Hi….everyone

a prayer of increase for all the Labourers in the world today
Dear Lord,
We come before you today with hearts filled with gratitude and thanksgiving for the gift of work and the many labourers in the world who tirelessly contribute to the growth and development of our societies. We pray for an increase in their lives, for you have said in your word that the labourer is worthy of his or her wages.
Lord, we ask that you bless all the labourers in the world today, whether they work in factories, farms, construction sites, offices, or any other industry. We pray that you increase their strength and productivity so that they may be able to provide for themselves and their families. May they find joy and fulfillment in their work, knowing that they are making a difference in the world.
We also pray for an increase in opportunities for the labourers. May they be able to find jobs that pay them fairly and provide them with the benefits they need to thrive. We pray that you open doors for them and guide them to the right employers who will appreciate their skills and hard work.
Lord, we ask for an increase in safety for the labourers. May they be protected from accidents, injuries, and illnesses that can harm them physically, emotionally, and mentally. We pray for their health and well-being, and we ask that you heal those who are sick and provide comfort to those who are in pain.
We pray for an increase in respect and dignity for the labourers. May they be treated with the honor and respect they deserve, and may their contributions be acknowledged and appreciated by their employers, co-workers, and society at large. We ask that you remove any prejudice, discrimination, or exploitation that may be hindering their progress and success.
Lord, we ask for an increase in unity and solidarity among the labourers. May they stand together and support each other in times of need, and may they work together towards the common goal of building a better world for all. We pray that you remove any division or strife that may be causing conflict and disunity among them.
We pray for an increase in education and training for the labourers. May they be equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs well and to adapt to the changing demands of the job market. We ask that you provide them with the resources and opportunities they need to learn and grow in their professions.
Lord, we ask for an increase in compassion and empathy among the employers and leaders who oversee the labourers. May they see the value and dignity of every worker and treat them with kindness, fairness, and compassion. We pray that you soften their hearts and open their eyes to the needs of their workers.
We pray for an increase in justice and fairness for the labourers. May they receive the wages, benefits, and working conditions they deserve, and may they be protected from any form of injustice, exploitation, or abuse. We ask that you uphold their rights and provide them with the legal and institutional frameworks that promote their well-being.
Finally, we pray for an increase in gratitude and appreciation for the labourers. May we all recognize and acknowledge the vital role they play in our lives and the growth of our societies. We ask that you help us to express our gratitude and appreciation through our words and actions, and to support them in any way we can.
We pray all these things in your holy name. Amen.
